Assuming you are accurately describing what it is you are looking for, I can't imagine such an AddOn actually exists. Why would you want to see what you have already done; how could that help you? The only thing I can think of that is similar would be tournament UIs; but the recently cast spells are for the viewers, not the players. The players aren't actually using that UI.
The other alternatives would be:
CLC, which attempts to suggest the best spell to cast next.
AffDots, which suggests when it is a DPS gain to refresh your DoTs based on proccs and buffs.
