LF, Downscalling of buffs and hiding tooltop in Combat

Hey,

I'm looking for two slash commands or little lines of code for insering in my addon to do the following:

1) Downscaling of the buffs, making them smaller

2) hide tooltips in combat
I know that this addon is doing it: http://www.wowinterface.com/download...ltip.html#info

But i do not want to use addons for these simple things, if possible.

Hm and just getting the code out oft the other one (ofc giving credits) and leaving all of the config stuff etc. out? No possibility?

Besides the fact that the code won't fit in a macro, and that it will need changed to not rely on libraries?
