Dalaran map scale

The scale of the Dalaran map seems to be a bit to small and doesn't match up with the minimap. In other words the minimap is larger than the carbonite map.

It has always been like that due to tricks I used to shrink Dalaran to slide it into the corner of Crystalsong Forest. Not sure I can fix that and full size is too big. I will put on todo list.

I changed:

to:
{Nam="Dalaran",1.6589/1.0,1629,861,Ove1="dalaran",MBN="dalaran1_",Cit=true,Alp=.85,ScA=1.3,Fis=525,MaL1=1,L2I=4012,}

The code is pretty obfuscated so not quite sure what the second 1.3 ScA in there affects but with or without ScA being changed to 1.0 didnt seem to change anything on my quick test
