Disappearing buttons?

When i first log on to any toon i have a square set of buttons that have my HS and my trade buttons on them.. but once you touch one the box idsappears.. how do i bring it back up for make it stick around?

That is the context menu if you click the corner on the lweft side of the right side oc the ui above where the copmbat log is it will pop back up or click the M button and find context menu everything about the ui is in there
