BG map no longer working

Hello!

After entering a BG while in an instance (Ungrouped, don't worry) - my Carbonite map has never worked in a BG since. It quite simply just shows me as being in the middle of the Maelstrom as if I'm still in an instance. Once out, it will work normally again.

I'd hate to reset configurations - so I hope there is a workaround.

The map view location and zoom is saved separately for each BG, so yours is probably off to the side somewhere and with Follow You off by default in BGs, the map won't auto scroll to your location.

Put mouse cursor on map and click the middle mouse button or right click map, select Show, select Show Player Zone, then zoom and scroll to get your preferred view.
