Macro for Insignia/wotf

I was playing a human rogue before and now I started an undead rogue with the wotf ability. I usually use "E" on my keyboard to clear anything with the insignia. Now I have wotf and do not want to decide every time what to use and use two keys.

It would be great if someone could translate following into something I can use as macro.

if (debuff can be cured by wotf and wotf has no cooldown)
{
use wotf
}
else
{
use insignia
}

I normally have a insignia and wotf hotkey on an additional bar at the right bottom. The makro could use these hotkeys if it is not working direktly from the inventory/spellbook.

Is there anyone who can help me with that?
