Name of the objective capture bar?

Looking for the name for the "capture" frame (not sure what to even call it!) for when you're capturing a pvp objective (that shows under the minimap)

I have my minimap moved to the bottom of the screen, but I currently have to have it moved up far enough to be able to watch that frame, and it's apparently not attached to the minimap nor the minimap cluster, as a child and I can't find it in the FrameXML extracts T_T

Anybody know what it's called so I can move the thing? Can't even google it or search these forums as I don't even know what to call it!
