http://code.google.com is now offering a free project hosting to all Gmail account holders. Additionally, if you have a mobile phone, you can now sign up for a Gmail account if you don't have one. Or just ask someone here for an invitation.

Just as Wowinterface is an excellent place to host released projects, code.google.com is an excellent place to update and mirror your code and do proper collaboration in-between releases. It will help you from releasing broken code just because you require testing, and it's a heck of a lot easier to update and maintain. If you have multiple people on a big project, it's far easier to maintain.
