I'm upgrading to a higher resolution. How will this affect my addons?

It's still the same aspect ratio. From 1920x1080 to 2560x1600. Is this something where I can just change the UI scale and everything will be positioned properly again?

Most things will be fine. If you manually moved any frames anywhere, you may want to reposition them to your liking.
