i need to know if the addon of chat called Murmur Murloc Translator is 100% legal in the game....can somebody tell mi plz....thanks for who tells me

If it is hosted here then it abides by Blizzard's addon guidelines. The addon is hosted in the mini games/ joke addon category.

The reason this is not illegal is because this addon does not allow cross faction communication. All it does is create a made up "translation" of what a murloc might be saying. Murlocs are not a playable race the last I checked, therefore its perfectly legal.
