this has happened for quite some time now since all of the various carbonite updates, since the release of cata.
But if you notice on the left hand side of this pic, there is a invisable quest window. This appears after any quest that you pick up using the auto accept. As you can see all it has is the book icon in the top left and then the close window button in the top right, which is consistent with what would be there if you were to accept a quest without the auto accept on. However while the is up the entire area that would be the quest description etc. is not click through or anything. so you have to use the close button to be able to interact with anything that is behind where the quest window would be.
I love this auto accept feature, but would love it even more if it would auto close this invisible area.

any way around this in the mean time would be great until the next carbonite beta or full version.
