Quest Items Question

Hi,
Is there a way to move the quest items that are displayed on the left side of the quest watcher box to the right side?

I keep the quest watcher box/list pressed up against the left side of my screen so having the items on the right side would bring them closer to the middle of my screen and make them easier to click on.

The only option I believe you have is to scale them.
