Hey, I currently have pitbull mod and I have 2 questions. Is there a way to seperate the health and power bar and have no background color and is there a way to move the portrait from next to it to the underside of it. Thanks!

You can enable the blank space bar to create a gap. You would then need to go into the color portion of the global settings to alter the background color. Move the portrait's position to center instead of left or right.
