My first thought is some kind of Panel type addon ? An addon list would help
I used to have this problem when I previously was using a custom UI on this site, I uninstalled it but left my WTF folder and the tga's . I installed kgPanels later and noticed weird out of place panels My other thought would be some kind of bar addon with a backdrop Sorry if that doesnt help at all  |
