Is there a mod that does this?

I am looking for a mod that will allow me, for example, to look at what my mage is wearing when I'm logged into my priest. Are there still mods that do this?

Check out Examiner. It's an inspection mod that allows you to cache anyone you've inspected and look at their gear they had on last time you inspected them. All you would have to do is make sure you inspect your toons every time you change gear, and you would be able to go into the cache and see it.
