eePanels (Texture help)

Could someone explain to me how I can add my own texture useing eepanels, if its even possible?
Or maybe give me a link to another addon that I can do it.

Click advance options, then you to the texture, go to Background Texture, and type \\interface\\addons\\eepanels\\yourtexture.tga

The texture HAS to be .tga or .blp, an it's dimensions must be a power of 2 :
2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256, and 512.
