DAB - Incorrect Target identifier? Selfcast problem?

I have no idea what to call it, but I have my main bar setup as 24 buttons in 2 rows (12 each) with 3 pages. I have 1-12 buttons (top) assigned to alt-# and 13-24 assigned to the #. The bottom buttons seem to work fine, but when I hit Alt-# I get an message saying target is friendly or Invalid Target. If I just click the button it works fine. I tried disabling all my self-cast mods but maybe I missed one. Is this the only likely cause of the error?
