Objectives and quest tracker missing

[Nytetears]

My quest tracker was showing only 1 quest at a time so I tried to use movers to stretch the box however the second I clicked on it, it disapears. I think its down near my mini map but I can not get it back to where it belongs. Is there a way to reset this? I have removed nui and reinstalled it with no help.
