Move your self buffs(over your player frame) a bit higher and put the runebar there. Though horizontal and not vertical.

Also I suggest you only show self buffs that has a timer. There is no need for you to see that you're mounted or you have your haste aura on, because you one is passive and one is pretty obvious :P. Will also make it cleaner for you.
