"objective not in database"

hello
i get this message for all the quests i got since 4.2
i got the latest version of carbonite
have tryed the sugestions on other posts, disabling, unistaling restaling, redownloading, reseting, logging out, checking to track on l-alt, dropig/re-acsepting the quest...
the quests still have the red circle
some of the examples are:
"guardians of hijal: call of the ancients"
"serpents and poison"
"the captive scouts" >> sometimes it will show up as gray circles but to wrong locations.
"the hex lord's fetish"

are these quests not in the DB yet? OR do i have a problem?
