A few Simple Questions

Just a couple of easy questions.

Not sure if there are options whithin RealUI or I need extra addon's but...

Is there an auto-repair feature.
Can I see the item level on the character screen of people I inspect, I can see mine but not those I inspect?

Just checking before I look for additional addons.

Also, I did notice there is no 'Shop' option on the default menu when I press 'ESC'
