Req: Mail Address Book (Pull down menu of addressbook)

I know mailto does this. But the author is gone. The person who patched it is gone.

Its starting to get errors as things change.

Most of us that love this addon is because of the pull down menu that lets you add people you send things too. Especially your alts.

My idea is a small mod that does this only.

Pull down menu on the send mail window.
It lets you add or remoe names.
Optional: Pre Fill in Alt names
Optional: Share list across all characters
