LF mod to turn off helm in town, turn on in combat/world/instances

I'm looking for a mod that will switch off my helm graphic when in towns and then switch it back on when I leave town or enter an instance.

I swear I saw one that did this ages ago but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was called.
