Button locking?

The discord site must be down and i havent found anything that can help me in the forums. Unless i missed something im lost.

How do i lock the buttons so i dont accidentaly drag one off while fighting? Any info or a link to a forum or whatever would be awsome. Thanks.

It's an option in the Basic Config tab for a bar or floater.
