Power Aura Classic costum texture

I have tried to make some costum textures for Power Aura Classic for a while now but I just can't get it to work.
I've followed the tutorial on powerauras.wikispaces.com, but for some reason it doesnt work.

So can anyone help me with this and tell my why this dont work, and how to fix it?

Wrong dimensions for one.
Image dimension needs to be a power of 2:
64x64, 128x128, 256x256 and so on.

The one you linked is 73x73.
