Max Range circle

Is it possible to create a mod, that when it's on, and you target a mob it draws a circle around the mob and a specific range... for instance if youre a hunter you can have the circle drawn at whatever your max range is?

As far as I know you cant, since there is no code that can show range (only aprox) & you cant add ingame models since, if i understand what your post suggest is a target ring & something like that would need a 3d model (even though it would be flat) & there is nothing currently ingame that you could change to add it.

I wish we could edit the target rings that do exist so you can see them better.

but im no code expert, so dont take my word for it, but I havnt seen anything that comes close to what your asking for.
