percentage & actual health of mob

Is there an addon that will allow me to have both the percentage & the actual health of a mob showing. Game's UI only allows one or the other. Here's the tricky part.....don't want or need a bunch of extra stuff. Most of what I've found involves pretty much the whole ui. Really don't want that. Is there such an addon??????
