Boss frame auras

I've noticed that the boss frames won't display auras properly. There will often be some auras missing, or none at all being displayed. Only class I don't have a problem on is the Shadow priest, though it doesn't track Devouring Plague but seeing as you can't multidot with it, it's not really an issue.

Looks like the canApplyAura funtion is borked? It's returning false for my druid's Moonfire

Edit: Yep. Removing the canApplyAura conditional from the Cast by Player check fixes it and lets Moonfire appear for druids.
