Best way to add Lifebloom to unit frames?

Here's what I want to do: I want to easily be able to see how long Lifebloom and Rejuvenation have to run on a party member or raid member.

The catch: I don't want to just show heal-over-time bars that sit in some corner of the screen and I have to (1) look at them and (2) see who they are attached to, to check whether or not someone has HOTs on them. I want the heal-over-time bars to be attached to the unit frames.

So for instance, I'd like to see party member frames look like this:



One caveat is that, obviously, a lot of unit frame mods will totally revamp the appearance of party windows, or have their own raid unit windows. It'd be nice to be able to see these get their own bars, appearing in some reasonable way next to the unit frames.

Any ideas?
