I am looking to modify some of the images in the UI i am using, and the .blp files are not readable. I heard there was a utility that would convert them into usable files. Any suggestions?

using GIMp and that's like the only file type it doesn't hvae

It seems it would get things to readable - GIMP supports PNG Might hafta try it meself.
