Use same map notes on different server?

Hey, I've been using Mazzle UI for some time now and it's by far the best interface I've had. I have one question though.
I've been playing on european servers and now I'm planning on playing on usa servers. How can I trasfer all the map notes from one server to another? Which files to I copy?
