Chat boxes on the right of the UI

The Combat logs on the right of the UI. I did it once before but can't for the life of me remember how to unlock them to move/resize them. Thks

You have to alter the settings in Prat addon. I am at work right know so I cannot be more specific.

Turn on the chat tabs for frames 6 and 7 via the Prat options. You can then right-click on the tabs to change the properties of those frames.
