3d model problem

A few days back I logged in to find many of my addons reset, my keybinds reset and that I was in need of a mazzlegasm. Although I managed to correct most of this with little problem, i've noticed that I am no longer able to turn and rotate the models, and they no longer update when I change gear. The options to enable this are checked, so it's not so basic a problem as that.

Any ideas?
