I need some advice

well in basic, i'm getting a new computer and i decided to ask people on quite a few diferent forums for ideas and what not on what to change

heres what i have

Ok im heavy into PC modding why would you get a rig like that?

ok starting from the top of the list

mouse yes good one to pick

screen yes 100% worth the cash and great value

ok memory why would you need 4gig mem? nothink in this world at the moment needs 4 gig to run anythink.

again the PSU 1000 watt wasting cash, 500 watt max is all you need.
sound card yes top sound is needed i use that card :P

the case comes with a PSU 700 watt so scrap the above^^

the processor i run a dual core AMD no need to waste more cash on that much power unless you are planning on doing high level 3D/video work. get 2 down from that model.

and finaly the GFX card ok im running two of them 8800GTX becuase i like Crysis lol and you need high end cards for the game to even open lol roll on the 9 serise

over all m8 cut out some of the things i have said and you will save more $$$

the possessor/ram = because i normaly have 5 things running at once (firefox Multiple IM clients games foobar2000 ++ i fansub so i encode videos so the power = nessacary)

and i plan on 8 gigs of ram hence the x2 next to it

dropped the PSU guess i'll just upgrade it when i go with sli 4 9800 >.> that alone will cost me as much as this build.

2, 500GB hds. ((cheeper then a 1tb and more space.)) ((I have close to 50gigs of music alone let alone close to 200gigs of movies/tvshows/anime and then theres games and other programs >.>

go with a razer mouse.
once you go razer you'll never buy another mouse again.
i have the death adder.
two prog buttons on the side, in wow i have one for tab target and the other for my fireball/frostbolt(while shifted). its nice. ive dropped it thousands of times. still works fine.
