SimpleDruidBar issue

Hi,
Since I updated to the new mazzle i have been having an issuewith SimpleDruidBar where I'll change my form and the mana bar fails to show up. An error is presented in the chat bar but not in bugsac. The error is listed below. I've tried re-mazzifing but that has failed to fix the issue. I also tried updating to a new version which also failed to fix the issue. Any assistance with this issue would be most appreciated.

I have noticed this also but only since the update to the simple druid bar.

I can fix this by shifting out and back to the form and it starts working again.

I tried that. It still doesn't work no matter how many times i shift. The error only pops up the first time i shift. After that i can shift and the error won't come up but neither will the bar.

I switched to Smartycat Mana bar.
