When you first activate nUI 6 and log in a character it dislodges the combat log from the rest of the chat frames. As per picture 1.
There is no special combat log infopanel for some reason and no error message generated explaining why that is going wrong ( assuming you had set one up that is ).
When you then unlock and shift the combat log back into the chat frames docked chat frames this error then pops up.
Code:

As per picture 2 attached.
Picture 2 also shows that the combat log frame isn't quite fitting into place inside the chat frame window.
Then until you log out and relog clicking on a chat frame after that will generate this error ( which at a quick glance looks to be the same )

The problem goes away once you log out after docking the combat log into place and log back in .. until you go back to nUI 5 to carry on playing properly and then go back to nUI 6 for testing in which case the problems all resurface.
