Chocolate Bar

With the demise of Fubar, I started using Chocolate Bar for all my Broker mods. When I switched back to nUI+ this week, Chocolate Bar was hosing up the entire interface. The nUI panel was covering 75% of the screen. I disabled Chocolate Bar, downloaded the Bazooka plugin and Bazooka mod. This is working fine atm, but is there any place to build a Chocolate plugin?
