Nui's Own Heal System

I often use Quick-Heals to heal on my druid, and really the only one I have ever used. So I am not sure how others have worked.....

But it is pretty simple to say the least.
Example:
Left Click - Nourish
Mouse Wheel (Click) - Rejuv
Right Click - Regrowth

I can also use Shift, CTRL, or ALT for others along with any other mouse buttons I might use.

All I do is pretty much click on someones name with the appropriate button on my mouse that I choose and they heal.

What if Nui could do the same with the names that are on the bottom of the screen? Place my mouse over someones name and what ever I have macrod to my mouse it would buff (thorns or whatever else), heal, or cleanse (Diseases, curses, etc etc) that person? Perhaps if the person got a disease the box would turn blue, curse green, if they have agro it would be red? I am not sure if this is plausible, but I thought it was a pretty nifty idea.
I am also sure it would get rid of other addons not needed if this was the case.

You'll find that nUI6 is already "grid like" in its display of curses, magic, disease and poison and both nUI5 and nUI6 are compatible with the click-casting addon "Clique" which will allow you to do exactly what you're describing in terms of casting different spells based on the unit type and mouse button.

nUI6 will, eventually, allow you to do click-casting without using a mod, but for now Clique will do the trick for you.

This, combined with the threat color coding suggested in another thread will allow me to get rid of HealBot once and for all.

Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!

May the Gods of Extra Time smile upon you so that we may soon see nUI6.

There are some quotes from Spartacus about the Gods recent attitude toward me that I could probably repeat here were they fit for a G rated audience. I'll make a vague reference to petroleum based product and copious quantities of sand and leave it at that.

Though, to be fair, one could just as easily argue that the Gods have smiled upon me of late, as well. So, I'll go with the glass half full view. ~smile~

Speaking strictly as an engineer, I think the whole "glass is half full, glass is half empty" argument is just stupid.

Clearly, the only problem at hand is that the glass is just too daggum big.

If they're filled with some Ezra that'd be just about perfect...
