Combo Point direction reversal problem.

Been trying to set up the UI for my Druid the last day or so, have run into a problem. I am unable to save the reversal of the direction in which combo points stack up. I want them to go from left to right but whenever i reload or relog the tickbox becomes checked again and the direction again becomes reversed.

This happens in primary and secondary specs. Any ideas?
