Equipment Rating using simcraft

Hi There

i search an addon which rates an item.
Because of my english is very bad i describe the result.

I use simcraft and thats my normalized stats for a 95 Fury Warrior:
Strength = 1
Crit Rating = 0.67
Haste Rating = 0.43
Mastery Rating = 0.52
Multistrike Rating = 0.53
Versatility Rating = 0.42
Weapon DPS = 1.49
Off-Hand Weapon DPS = 1.45

Ingame i hover a new shoulder and there will be a summary of the stats multiplied with the scales from above.
for example:
incarnaine Shoulderguard
91 Armor = 0 Pts
+49 Strength = 49 Pts
+74 Stamina = 0 Pts
+34 Crit = 23 Pts
+31 Haste = 13 Pts
= 85 Pts

Verdant Plate Spaulders
91 Armor = 0 Pts
+49 Strength = 49 Pts
+74 Stamina = 0 Pts
+31 Crit = 21 Pts
+34 Mastery = 18 Pts
= 88 Pts

so is see at a first look, that the Verdant Plate Spaulders are better than the other for my current spec.
Is this possible?
