Problems with Moving frames

Not sure if its Hank or oUF, but I cant move them at all. I want to use this setup, but without being able to move them they are in my artwork and actionbars at the bottom. Any clues on what might be wrong. Turned everything off except oUF and oUF Hank, still cant move them.

Most layouts don't implement their own movement scheme and require you to use oUF MovableFrames to move them.

Alternatively you can edit the positions in the layouts lua file, but that can be a hassle as you having to redo it for every update.

Ty much. I like the layout, but dont like how low it sits on the screen. Being able to move it will get me to swap from my current setup.
