Mage Wand Help!!!

ok, on the bottom of the Hud display it shows the cooldowns of certain spells, and when they expire, well my wand is going off all the time and im not even using it or even have it keybound! help! its annoying

it does the same thing for hunters autoshot too just use the slash comand /nui cdmin (i think ) and set it to like 4 or 5 should remove it
