Reducing size of region names

Hi, I was looking to reduce the size or eliminate the floating names that appear when entering a zone. I've noticed that some mods italicise them, but have yet to find one that reduces their size. Any advice appreciated.

Visor2 lets you move, scale and even change alpha of the zone name text.
