How To Configure this UI?

Hey there.
I'm new here and have some problems with this UI Int's UI

I've searched the Board vor a thread with this UI but fount nothing usefull..

There some problems with the Party members and a cannt move teh Skillbar but don't find the Menü to set up it right i work on it about 3 Houres but simply can't do it. xD

So please help a n00b. ^^

[Argument]

ive looked at both UI pics.. for starters it seems that titan panel at the top is transparent. thats a setting on the top right portion of the bar.. also it seems as if you had several party member indicators stacked on top of each other.. that should be too hard to move them around so they arent stacked .. as for the actual look of the party, and your own character indicator showing HP/ mana .. that a bit more difficult.. im not sure what UI actually changes yours , you may have to check and read the readme files available in the UI's main folder for each individual UI used.. to find the one that modifies that.. as for te rest of it , it all seems to be fairly close to if not exact to what you want..
