Auto Wand Caster

I keep looking for some info on creating a macro or a mod that auto casts wands so that it actually works like any other range weapon and recasts after each shot.

Anyone seen anything like that out there?

From what I understand there was something like this in Cosmos in Beta, but the functions they used for this were removed to prevent a mod like this from being built.
