QuestPOIFrame
The QuestPOIFrame was introduced in the Cataclysm expansion and so far it's only ever been used by the world map and some leveling addons.

I've been trying to get it to work without success, so I'm asking here if anyone has successfully been able to draw quest blobs on one.
What I'm after is a simple "proof of concept" that will let me draw blobs on a frame, nothing more.
