Serching for help from China for how can I skip the mpq check at Mac OS

Hi ~guys
I'm a wow-player from China mainland and as a sad reason we still play in the Patch 3.13(10146 ) which do not have a wow.app like 3.13(9981)
But ,there is a way that can supply us to modify the MPQ file to change your charecter to a gnome from human or turn ur weapon to the Frostmourn, and the point is how to handle of the mpq check.
I do have tools to realize it in PC,can anyone tell how do to it in MAC?
