I'm assuming that background is KGpanels due to the ability to script your panels to show when you want, and resize dynamically. As indicated before the Unit Frame mod could be any of the major ones, also if there was scripting used, its also a chance that it could be Discord.

The unitframes are PitBull4, as I found in the thread the UI creator posted at the official wow board.
But he/she hacked the UnitFrameLayout.lua to make right/left positioned bars horizontal. I'm that far already - only thing is, that the height of the left/right bar is too big..

its sad, i really like the looks of that uf, but i just have no clue how to configure stuf, i thought pitbull was complicated...

So how does oUF work?

what do i have to do to be able to configure it, i dont get the addon's system

oUF by itself does not do anything other than to provide a framework to create a custom UF layout. To create a custom oUF layout from "scratch" requires some knowledge of lua and a good text editor (like Notepad++). There are a couple of oUF layouts that come with AceConfig based GUI editors which allow non Lua savvy users to customize oUF.

The fonts look ... pixelated

Besure to remove the shadow and set a "MONOCHROME OUTLINE", it will get a black pixel border then

This thread is more than 3 month old. I doubt anyone involved in this conversion in the beginning will recognize it, at least I wouldn't count on it.
