minmap anchor not movig with minimap

I can't seem to get teh minimap anchor(the hidden thing that has minimize, settings, tracking options and farm mode) to move with the minimap. It stays in either the top left or top right corners(even when I choose the anchor to be bottom left or bottom right, this anchro is still in the top corner).

I like moving the map since i'm playing with an eyefinity setup(3 monitors) and the map being in the corner of the outside monitor is a bit of a pain to look at.
