Dfm?

Looking for a MoveAnything replacement and tried using DFM but I having some issues moving frames around.
Is there a FAQ or manual anywhere?

I use DAB and DUF with no problems but for some reason DFM is not working as I expected.

For one thing when I try and drag a frame the frame selector that appears does not appear on the frame like you would think is should. Also, can you move the tooltip around?

Thanks for the help!

Bah, patch 1.9 issues. Will be fixed. Use the Nudge buttons (<>0v^) and/or Point, To, Frame, X, Y options in the meantime.

Im having the same issue, but for me, the Nudge buttons, nor anything works.

I am trying to move my shapeshift buttons and can't get them to move. I click use and try the nudge buttons, but it never moves...not even a pixel.

Is this related to 1.9 issues as well?

I'm having the same problem as SuperBeast; no matter what I try, I can't move any of my frames. The drag button does not work, and neither do the nudge buttons. When I enter a value for X or Y manually, the frame does not move and the value changes back to what is was originally. I downloaded the version on WoWInterface about 10 minutes ago, deleted everything, installed only DFM, and it doesn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas that may get this to work, or did Blizzards silly 1.9 patch simply mess it all up? Any help would be greatly appeciated!

PS: Lozareth, your mods are beyond awesome. I just want to thank you for all the hard work that you've put into them. Playing WoW without them would be a LOT less enjoyable. Thank you!

What exact frames are you trying to move?

I'm trying to move the minimap, its border, and its toggle button.

The other options seem to work okay: I can hide and unhide them etc, but what I really want to do is move them

Hey guys, this is a issue with MoveAnything saved variables. Or possibly any of these addons.

MoveAnything
BigMinimap
CleanMinimap
and anything that allowed you to move and/or adjust frames.

Back up these files then remove them. See if it helps

program files\worldofwarcraft\WTF\Account\ACCOUNT name\SavedVariables

Files are listed something like this.
MoveAnything.lua
Cleanminimap.lua

This has been known to fix the problem you are saying you have.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, but the problem I'm having is not becuase of a conflict with another mod. I'm trying this with DFM being the only mod installed, and a completly fresh saved variables folder

I had the same problem for a while with the new DFM. Couldn't move anything at all then I realized that I had to check off the little use box, type in some X, Y coordinates and viola it was working. Not sure if maybe you had the same brain cramp as me but you may want to give it a shot.
